"Money amplifies who you already are. If you haven't done the inner work, more zeros will only make the wound louder."
— Rogan O'Donnell
Spiritual Business Coaching
Most coaches teach you tactics. Rogan O'Donnell first restores the soul beneath the strategy — so wealth becomes a byproduct of who you've become, not a mask for who you're avoiding.

The Approach
We start where most coaches won't — with the wounds that quietly run your business decisions.
From board room conversations, real estate plays, or navigating grief — Rogan moves fluidly across the worlds most coaches can't touch, meeting you wherever the work actually lives.
Informed with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health, his coaching style gets you to the place where you've been hiding something.

Who is Rogan
Rogan O'Donnell built his career across business development, consulting, and real estate development — and built his soul on the floor of recovery rooms beginning at 19 years old.
A graduate of Franklin Pierce University with a degree in Sociology, Rogan went on to Husson University. He's a co-founder of ROR (Recovery Organization Resources) and Commonground Friends, sits on the board of the Greater YMCA of New Jersey, and helped build the Recovery Housing Collective at SAFE Project.
In 2007 he founded New Foundation Recovery House in Freehold, NJ — rebuilding the lives of hundreds of men and their families. Today, that same medicine is offered to founders and operators ready for the work beneath the work.
Most recently, Rogan directed his first ever award-nominated documentary, InHuMaine — uncovering the hard truths about the human condition.
Work With Rogan
"Money amplifies who you already are. If you haven't done the inner work, more zeros will only make the wound louder."
— Rogan O'Donnell
Rogan's 78-minute documentary is quietly catching fire — a clinical, social-justice, and narrative exploration of chronic homelessness, systemic failure, and human resilience set in Bangor, Maine. World-premiered at MIFF, featured at RRFF, presented at the MEMHCA Conference, and endorsed by Husson University's Graduate Counseling Program for 3 CEUs.
"All important matters are invisible until we learn to see them."
The Next Step
No pitch. No pressure. No fluff. Just a real conversation about where you are, what's blocking you, and what's calling — from someone who's actually walked it.
